JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, alternatively JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: The Animation, is a Japanese anime series created by David Production. It is an anime adaptation of the same Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki. It revolves around the bizarre adventures of the Joestar family through the generations from the late 19th century up to the current time. The series was initially aired on Tokyo MX and later syndicated on 4 JNN stations, BS11, and Animax.

The initial season, which had adopted the initial two segments, Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency, was broadcast in Japan from October 2012 to April 2013. The series is distributed in North America by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and Viz Media, with Warner Bros. distributing the series on DVD and Viz Media distributing the series on Blu-Ray and merchandising rights. The series was broadcast on Adult Swim's Toonami programming block in the United States starting October 2016. A second season based on the manga's third part, Stardust Crusaders, aired from April to September 2014, with a second part airing from January to June 2015. A third season based on the fourth part, Diamond Is Unbreakable, aired from April to December 2016. A fourth season based on the fifth part, Golden Wind, aired from October 2018 to July 2019. A fifth season based on the sixth part, Stone Ocean, was released internationally on Netflix from December 2021 to December 2022. A sixth season based on the seventh part, Steel Ball Run, has been announced. As of December 2022, the show has a total of 190 episodes.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure chronicles the adventures of the Joestar family, a clan whose different members learn that they are destined to destroy supernatural enemies through abilities which they possess. The narrative is divided into individual chapters, with each chapter revolving around a member of the Joestar family, whose names generally are abbreviated versions that can be reduced to the titular "JoJo".
