An anime television series adaptation, produced by Kachigarasu, aired in April 2025.
Web novel edit Published by Shirohi, The Gorilla God's Go-To Girl was originally serialized as a web novel at the Shōsetsuka ni Narō web site from August 10, 2020 to August 23, 2021.[6] No print edition of the novel was published. Manga edit A manga series with illustrations drawn by Mika Kamisu started serializing on Kadokawa Corporation's ComicWalker manga platform on August 8, 2021.[7] Its chapters have been gathered into six tankōbon volumes as of December 2024.[8] Anime edit A television anime series adaptation was unveiled on World Gorilla Day, September 24, 2024.[1][14] It is being produced by Kachigarasu and directed by Fumitoshi Oizaki, with scripts by Hitomi Amamiya, character design by Sakae Shibuya, and music by Yayoi Tateishi.
